Cats Returing to Home from Quarantine

Question
Our cat recently moved with us from Florida to the UK and was placed in quarantine for 6 weeks.  She is home now and our questions is since she is in a "strange house and has a strange new garden with new smells and new animals how long should we keep her inside until we can let her go out in the yard since she has always been and indoor/outdoor cat"?  Also, "How should we introduce her to her new garden outside"?  Thank you.  JLG
