My friends cat cant pee!

My fiends cat is trying to pee but nothing is coming out. I was wondering if there is some kind of home remedy to cure that. I know that it has happened before. She took it to the vet and it was 800 dollars. Last time the vet said it was a blockage, like crystals or something. My friend does not have the funds to pay 800 dollars again. Is there anything she can do?

You need to call around to other vets and tell the vet that the cat has cystitis and is blocked. Then ask how much to unblock the cat and treat him. Know before you go. He needs to be catherized. You have to go to a vet to get him unblocked. He will die otherwise.

Next you want to prevent this from happening again. The cat's food must be changed. He needs to eat a food with low or no grains in it. Wellness, Nature's Variety, Evo all are names of types that are like that. Feed him canned food also. He needs to get a lot of water in him. Mix his wet food with an extra tablespoon of water in it. It may not sound like a lot but it makes a difference. Good luck and let me know how he does.
