diffcult delivery

Question
I bred my Scottish Fold female with my British Shorthair male.  She gave birth to a stillborn.  It was approximately 3 inches long.  We took her into emergency after 4 hours and they xrayed and checked for heart beats.  She had 2 live kittens in her, one 3 inches long and the other about half the size.  We brought her home and all she could deliver of the long kitten was the hind paws and tail.  Took her back in and all the babies had died.  It took quite a bit for the vet to get the 2nd kitten out.

What would cause such big kittens (2 of the 3) because they couldn't make it around her birth canal.  Do I dare breed her again?

Answer
I personally would not breed her again..I would get her spayed and the male neutered for their own health and to save lives. Please just stop by your local animal shelter and take
a look at all the unwanted cats (and dogs) that are stuck
in cages.. they meow and some bat their paw at you pleading
to go home with you. It's really sad. And the ones that
aren't pretty, are too old (over 2 yrs) will end up
put as a group in an oven where they will inhale some sort of toxin that instantly kills them all (IF the shelter gets overcrowded). Even the no-kill shelters can't take in
all of them.  I am not being dramatic either. This is the cold hard truth.
So please spay/neuter the cats and consider adopting
an unwanted cat (or perhaps make a monetary donation to your local shelter or humane society)
thanks for the question
