feeding my 5 month old kitten

My kitten, loves tuna and fresh chicken meat, she has started to turn her nose up at whiskas etc.is it bad for her diet/ wrong to feed her these kinds of food daily,at her age. I feel i would rather feed her foods she likes as opposed to her not eat, but i am worried they are not best for her diet.

you are right to be concerned. she should be eating kitten food like Kitten Chow. She can get addicted to tuna and other meats and refuse to eat her kibble as you indicated. I would gradually taper off feeding her the meat and maybe at first mix it with her kibble to slowly get her transitioned into the proper food.
