my new adopted kitten

Hi I have recently adopted an abandonded kitten that is about 4 weeks old.
She has finally learned to use her litterbox but she seems to be constantly
stepping in her own feces and getting it everywhere! I am always washing her
paws and have had to throw out so many of her things. I don't know if maybe
its because her litterbox is too small. Do you have any suggestions or
imformation for me? I would really appreciate it!!!

It could be the box is small but mostly its because she is just beginning learning. You can get her a standard sized box but beyond that all you can do is keep cleaning her up. In nature her mom would have taught her what to do and would also clean her up. Eventually she will get it right but she needs some time and help for now.
