1 1/2 week old kitten

Yes i have 1 1/2 week old kitten that i swear the other day had both of her/his eyes open. But now only one eye is open and the other one seems like it is sealed shut.  is that something to worry about?

A kittens eyes should be opening by about 8 days of age so it is right on target but if the condition remains the same see a vet because it could be a sign of an eye infection that needs treatment. I adopted a young kitten once and someone else adopted his brother. they both had eye infections. i got ours treated right away and he recovered. The other was not treated early enough and eventually lost the eye. Be cautious with this please.
