Assisting a kitten to eliminate

I rescured a two week-old kitten last night, and she is doing very well under my care so far. As cats this age cannot eliminate on their own, how often should I assist her?

Hi Wayne,

You should be helping her everytime she eats, at this age that should be about every 4-6hours around the clock.  Using a cotton ball soaked in warm water works well and it's fairly easy to do.
