Tobacco is highly poisonous. Never ever allow your cat to have it administered purposely or ingested accidentally. As little as part of one cigarette butt can kill a cat. There are over the counter deworming medications that you can buy in pet stores. My personal recommendation to you would be that you take Sunshine to the vet, have her weighed and have a stool sample with you so that the vet can deworm her specifically for the type of worms that she has. If you don't have a stool sample your vet will use a general purpose dewormer. Never allow cats to have toxic substances like tobacco. I hope that this answers your question.
