Hi there, i have an indoor cat and have just bought a corn palm plant could you advise me if this is posinous for my cat? Thanks x

It is interesting that you should ask this question. It is the second time today that I have had this specific question. I have no idea whether a corn palm plant is toxic. I would suggest contacting your local poison control center they should be able to tell you how toxic it is. I would also suggest that you check with your vet, sometimes they have a list of common toxic plants handy, although it usually does not include every poisonous plant and often you will be referred to poison control. I personally only keep plants such as a spider plant that I know are not toxic - my grandmother's cat ate one for the entire time I knew it and the last time I saw her she was 17 and healthy.
