Pregnant Cats due date

Hi,
My cat is pregnant, but I do not know how far along she is, and it has not been obvious when she is in heat.  At this point she is spending most of the day sleeping, only getting up to eat or go to the bathroom.  I haven't really noticed her looking for a place to have her babies, but we have set up a bed in an out of the way area, and we have shown it to her.  Over the past week or so, we have noticed the kittens moving inside of her, and we can also feel them moving quite frequently, and the movements are quite obvious.  Any ideas when she might give birth?

Hi Holly.  I have found the babies to be most active about 2-3 weeks before delivery.  In the last few days, they seem to do fewer somersaults, as the babies grow larger, and things get pretty cramped.  Based on that evidence and the fact that you haven't really noticed any nesting behavior, I would give it my best guess that you probably have another couple of weeks to go, but you never can tell!
