My cat has an ulcer.Can she take nexium?

Remember, I am not a vet, but I would bounce this off your veterinarian.  Generally, unless a medication is tested on animals specifically for their ailments, I would be very, very leary as the medication may be very toxic to cats.

How do you know your cat has an ulcer???????
