KItten dragging legs

Question
Hi there, have five wk old male kitten, who was well till last two days. Has extended abdomen, which is firm, also draggin rear legs and altho eating well, drinking, playing but meowing and seems uncomfortable. Temp is normal. Have been treating as constipation giving cod liver oil orally.
Also note kitty appears to have slightly odd breathing, have admin antibiotics, and also rapid breathing....

Any help would be appreicated thankyou!!

At 5 weeks, this kitten should not be dragging its hind legs.  I would get a vet check for that and the kitten's other issues. I am not a vet, but I do not like the combination of possible labored breathing, dragging feet, and constipation!!!!!!!!!!
