Question
Pls help me. I live in a 12x12 room on a racetrack my 11 month old kitty does not like my new Siamese kitty she is maybe 9 weeks old and recently spade however he keeps hissing at her and me. She is slightly feral and desperately  needs a home what do I do to make this a happy home for both?

Answer
Hi Stephanie,

It sounds to me like you need someone experienced to take the slightly feral kitten.  That room is way too small really for one cat, let alone two.  There are many things at work here, and you just can't do the proper acclimatization and introductions procedures when all you have is a 12x12 room.  I humbly ask you to consider whether or not you think that is a proper living environment for even one cat.  Please contact your local shelter for further help.  Beyond everything else, Siamese cats are VERY particular creatures and really require an experienced owner with a lot of room.  They attach to one person, are usually dominant, headstong, and vocal, and difficult to train.  I wish you the very best of luck, and let me know if you have further questions.
