Question
They have never acted like this...what do i do??they are growling and hissing, screaming at me and eachother....

Answer
Jaime,

First, a couple of questions:  Are they neutered?  How old are they?  Are they indoor or outdoor cats?

So, let us assume they are neutered, no longer kittens, and indoor cats.

If some strange cat was hanging around and one or both of your cats saw it out of a window, they can get into that fight/fright/flight mode, where they do not know each other or anyone else.  All they can think of is that another cat invaded their territory and they have to do something about it.  So, you get all that noise directed at whosoever is closest!!!!!!!!!!

Usually in a few hours it all wears off unless they see that cat again.  In case this is what is going on, often just putting them into a dark interior room (no windows) is enough to settle them down after a few hours.

If they are neutered, the reactions tend to be less dramatic. If they are not neutered and are at least 12 weeks of age, you should consider getting them neutered.

Best regards... Norm.
