Nu Vet Plus feline vitamins and cat food question

Question
Hi there,

My cat has a cataract in one of her eyes and I plan on giving her the NuVet Plus feline vitamin supplement as I have read many great testimonials about it.

I am currently feeding my cat dry food only.  Due to the fact that the vitamin supplement is in granular form, I am concerned that my cat will not eat it if I simply put the granules in her bowl with the dry food. I have tried giving her wet food a few times in the past she has never eaten it, probably because she has pretty much only eaten dry food for all of her life of 12 years.

I hope that my cat will surprise me by eating the NuVet powder granules with her dry food, but I also wanted to ask for some suggestions as to how I could feed it to her in case she won't eat it with the dry food only.

Is there a tasty brand of wet food with which I could try to entice my cat to eat the granules of NuVet? Any delicious treats I could mix the granules with? I would appreciate any suggestions you could give.

Thank you very much!

Jocelyn

Answer
Try adding pure salmon oil -  just 1/4 of a teaspoon per day may help you to get the supplements into your kitty:

Hi Jocelyn, Please call NuVET and make sure they will ship to your country.
Is there any way you can mix the NuVET powder into something liquid and syringe feed your kitty?
Most cat will eat NuVET Feline mixed into the dry food and add a little water.
Others will eat the NuVet powder mixed into some cottage cheese or Wet Canned Cat food.
