Hi! (...) I've been living with my cat (8 months old) for 4 months, and she's living inside the house, and the few times that I let her go outside she begins to jump to the walls of the other houses, trying to go very far, etc ... so I am worried because I don't know if let her go outside or keep her inside the house, cause I don't want her to go away ... Could you advise me what to do? -THANKS A LOT- :O)

Those of us who raise cats professionally do not sell kittens to anyone who allows them to run loose.
Cats can get into a lot of trouble when running loose. Alter your cat and keep her in the house for a long life and a healthy cat.
That is the best and the only answer to your question.
