Mites, ticks and Fleas

I am not sure whether my dogs have fleas, mites or ticks. They are multiplying fairly quick in fact they are localized on the corners of ears and around the eyes. My dogs skin specifically at back portion of the jaw and chest region are reddish. He scratches a lot. I know, cases like this needs to be consulted to pros, but my dog and I are doing research in very isolated places where vet is impossible to locate.
I am thinking if you have solution for my dogs problem with materials readily at a local market, herbal perhaps. Thanks and more power..

well you really should see a vet since most products to help with mange is RX only.

But you can see if someone can send you some Frontline- it does fleas and ticks.

Revolution would be the best. It does fleas, ticks, heartworm, mange and intestinal parasites.
