ailing cat

Question
12 year old cat.
Over the past couple of weeks he has been losing weight.
About 5 days ago he started stumbling around.
It seems as though he is losing the use of his back legs.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

HI Chris,
   Sounds like your going to have to take the ole' guy into the Vet's office for a check up. He is a senior citizen now and he should be examined. He needs to have blood tests run to make sure he isn't having liver or kidney failure, the blood test can check is thyroid levels and even check to make sure he isn't diabetic. He is older now and has probably lost some muscle and may even have some arthritis now. So take your friend in for a check-up as soon as you can. Take care and good luck.
