cat eating weird thing

We have three cats all inside.  One is young and is constantly getting into the bread and chewing it up or running off with it, getting into dried noodles, beans etc.  she if fed three tines a day but we can't keep anything out on the counter or she will get into it.  Help!
She has plenty of toys, we play with her in the evenings and she even has her own room!

Apologies for the delay. Though cats are primarily carnivores, many can find likings for different foods. If you find that she is getting into all sorts of food she may do better with free choice feeding.  Many cats eat a large number of snack sized meals or do "grazing" throughout the day.  Having a small amount of food available throughout the day may help keep her from being the household forager.
