SHORT HAIRED PEIKINESE

MY DOG ALL OF THE SUDDEN HAS HAD A PROBLEM WALKING, ALMOST AS IF IT WERE HER NERVOUS SYSTEM.HER BACK LEGS ARE ALMOST COMPLETELY GIVING OUT ON HER, AND SHE IS ONLY 2. SHE DOES NOT WANT TO DRINK ANY WATER AND SHE ALSO HAS A SPOT OF HAIR LOSS UNDER HER EYE THAT I JUST NOTICED. COULD YOU TELL ME WHAT THIS COULD BE?

There are many things that can cause a problem like this. Long backed dogs like Pekingese can have problems with the discs in their backs, their sacrums and with their necks.
Any time a dog has problems walking they need to be seem by a vet to prevent any further and maybe untreatable problems from starting.
The sooner you get her in to a vet the better are her chances of recovering from this.
The spot under her eye is most likely unrelated to this issue.
