Boston terrier, several issues.

Question
Hi, my boston terrier, is a year and 3 months old, has been eating her Bowel movements whether it is out side or an accident in her crate.  she tends to vomit after she eats it, we try to catch her in the act but the most recent case, she accidentally pooped in her crate and ate it before we could get home. about 20 minutes later, she vomited. as well she started to bleed from the rectum.
im worried that its a parasite. but she has had all the shots that she can get, and she has been dewormed this year.
her Bowel movements are never consistent, but the vet says its probably because of the breed, considering they tend to have digestion problems.

My fiance is at his ropes end. the stress from this is hard because he is battling cancer at the moment, and wants to give her away, But id rather solve the problem.

any advice... please help...
if there is something that we can do without taking her to the vet, it would help us out, because money is tight.

thank you for your time, we hope to hear from you soon

Answer
Ashley -

You need to take your dog to a doctor. If she is bleeding from the rectum, this can be serious.

You can feed her a supplement that will help make her feces distasteful and she will not want to eat it.  Your vet should be able to supply you with that supplement.
