trouble breathing

Hi my vet gave my dog Tribrissen 960mg, Temaril-p for a respitory infection.  It's been 4 doses and now she seems to be having trouble breathing.  She whines and sticks just the tip of her tongue out.  It only lasts about 30 seconds, but it seems to really scare her.  I live way out and my vet is not in until morning.  Should I not dose her until I can see them?

You should continue with the Tribrissen since that is an antibiotic but you can stop the Temaril-P, which is a codeine type drug that helps calm the coughing during an infection.

It could be that she isn't tolerating the ingredients in it well.
But don't stop the antibiotic.
