Pug Demodex Mange

My pug has demodex mange. He is a little over 4 months old. He started on Ivercide four days ago. Tonight I noticed a few new spots. Does this mean the Ivercide is not working? What are his chances of recovery.

(I will also be calling his vet again.)

You might notice some new spots before this medicine really kicks in. Are you doing any spot treatments also? You might want to ask about some spot treatments or some scrubbing with Providine.
He has a good chance of recovery since you are right on this early.
Just persist because sometimes Demodex is a bugger to get rid of.
