urinating problem and stomach upset

Question
Hi!
I have a 10month old male kitten. He suffers from epilepsy and under the advice of a vet,he takes Gardenal (phenobarbitone) regularly (once a day..2ml).With that he stays more or less okay with tolerable epileptic attacks. It increases on full moon days and no moon days.
For the past few weeks I notice that he is having stomach upset. He passes semi solid stool and very often it's twice a day.Sometimes he skips it for a day or two.Of late I often notice drops of blood in his stool.Today from sometime back I notice that he is trying to pee and taking that posture and is peeing only 1-2 drops. He is doing it continuously. He did pee normal amount a while back. But after that he has started this strange behaviour.I think it is pale reddish coloured. He takes moderate amount of water.~20-25ml everyday.Besides he has milk.Is it something that I should be worried about? What could be done for him?Otherwise he is normal.
Please help

Suchetana -

You should have your dog evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible.  I am not aware of Phenobarbital causing urinary problems, but you need to get that checked out as soon as possible.

The soft stools might be caused by the milk.  Dog do not need milk - feed him puppy food until he is a year old.

Your vet can determine if your dog needs medicine for the soft stool -
