hi i have a bsh cat 2yrs flead wormed and vacinted on  regular basis fed on royal canin 36 since i got her at 13 weeks and she has been fine no problem what so ever,odly when i woke in the morning i found that she was running around the house hiding where ever she could go didn't want to be touched and has been cleaning excessively and it has been really worrying to see her like this as its not her usual temprement please could you help in telling me what is going on with her as this really don't look normal and is not the way she is on a day to day basis as she also stops dead and changes direction of the way she was heading to start with,when she has found a space she is hidden in its very difficult as she is not responding to anything i do i.e. call her stroke and holding her also she has been panting for hours then stopped what could be happening to her please help give me some idea what this could be thankyou.

Wow. That has got to be one of the longest sentences I have ever read with no punctuation. This makes it really difficult for me to read your question.

She sounds like she is experiencing what we call a 'neuritis,' which is basically a nerve pain on her back. That is the most common place for it to be, but it can be almost anywhere on their body.

Cats with this pain will run, jump on things like they are insane, turn in mid run, whip their tail around, have their eyes all dilated and sometimes will vocalize loudly.

On the other hand, it could be that she is simply scared, or she jumped off of something and hurt something and this is how she is reacting to the pain.

You need to get her into the vets to have her looked over. Only your vet can prescribe some steroids to calm the nerves down and make her a happy cat again.

Now that is just a suggestion of what it MIGHT be, but there are many things that is COULD be.

That is why you should take her into the vets.
