sick yorkiepoo who is 2 yrs old,obstruction that vet states will resolve

my dog ate an ear plug went to hosp and had iv's on 3/10 and came home on 3/11. she is a yorkiepoo and has been vomiting her food up but is still having stools. the vet feels she has an obstruction that will resolve. she ate last at 10:30 and had 2 tsps of rice and 1/4 tab of papcid ac crushed in it. they told us to give pepcid ac q 12 hrs. she is not lethargic and doesn't appear dehydrated. when she came home on 3/11 my 5 yo gave her 1/4 cup of dog food and that night ate rice and then on 3/12 my 5 yo gave her again 1/4 cup of dog food. my fault for not moving the dog food. last night she had rice again. she has vomited numerous times since. has had a soft stools and seems ok. found that she vomited the food from last night under the couch. not sure what to do other then taking her to the hospital again. it cost 640 for her stay and i used a credit card.
 anything else i can try to feed her to help her other then rice that will help her keep it down? i don't want to have her put to sleep. i love her very much. please reply asap.

Poor pooch!  Just keep the food level down, if you don't see any improvement in 2-3 days, call the vet. Foreign bodies that you don't go in surgically for take time.  Keep an eye on the poop!;)

Do not feed anything else other than the rice diet. You CAN ask you vet if you can do cottage cheese and rice diet or baby food (turkey) and rice diet.
