Worms?

i have noticed a worm like creatures on the live rock and gravel of my tank. I have seen one it is over 6 or 7 inches long. it looks more like a centipede. Should i be alarmed for my fish

go to about.com, click on hobbies and games, next page click on saltwater aquariums, you will be at a site with much info. including infestations of bristleworms. Some are more dangerous than others but there are several ways to help get rid of them and are explained at that site. Gerry.
