Question
I am setting up an aquarium in the next couple weeks and I am just amazed with the wartskin angler fish and I was wondering if it is possibly to keep a baby snowflake eel with a baby wartskin angler. If not there has to be something I can house the angler with because I don't wanna spend a lot of money on just one fish
Thank you,
Brandon

Answer
There are a lot of fish species that will be compatible with anglers with the key factor being their size. Anglers will eat any fish that is about 3/4 their size and smaller, so be sure that tank mates will get large enough to survive with your specific angler species. As far as the snowflake eel goes, they have an extremely large range of temperament. A more docile specimen may be a great tank mate for an angler, but an aggressive one would most likely either consume or harass the angler to death. When it comes to any non-aggressive fish, experiences will always vary depending on the specific snowflake housed with them.
