new liner over old liner

Question
As I was cleaning out my pond today I noticed an air or water bubble at the very bottom.  I put a new liner over  my old one last year.  Do I have to pull it up before I refill it or can I just leave it?

Hey Denise, I have had this problem also. What I did was peel my liner back and run a piece of hose in between the old and new liner and buried it in the ground except I left about a foot out, so if I get water,which is probably what you have, I just suck on the end of the hose and all the water drains out.
