My poor angel fish lies on the filter and also underneath, somtimes I mistake her for being dead. It is a new aquarium, and I have lost 3 fish already. Please help.

Some of the trouble can be attributed to a new tank, question is how new is it?
How big and how many fish do you have in the tank.
What kind of filtration , temp, ph etc.
If you will send me the info we will try to halt this downward cycle.
