Flower horn fish ... i think blind

How do cure a blind to be flower horn fish..in the last 5-8days already. right eye first and now the left eye..

What do his eyes look like? (White coating? Redness? Bulging or swelling?)
Any other outward or obvious symptoms?
How long has it been going on?
How big is the tank?
How big is the fish?
Any other fish in the tank?
How long has the tank been set up?
What kind of filtration?
How often do you clean the tank? How much water is replaced at cleaning?
How often do you clean the filter?
Do you know what the pH, nitrite, and ammonia levels are?
What kind of food? How often?
What is the water temperature?
