Red spots on my goldfish

I noticed some red spots on my goldfish today, they are large on the scales and small spots on the fins.  I have a frog that shares the tank with my fish, but they get along very well.  Do you know what could cause this?

Without any information about your tank such as; how long it's been set up, type of filtration, tank size, fish size, water change schedule, etc., I really can't tell what's wrong. Make a water change of 25% and get back to me with more info and I may be able to help. Goldfish are very messy fish that need lots of water and good filtration to thrive. Fish waste may be irritating his skin, or he may have a bacterial infection, or the frog may be nipping him at night when you can't see, or he may have parasites, etc.
