green spoted puffer fish

I have two green spotted puffers in a 10g tank and they have sand size wight spots appearing all over them i think it is ich but don't now. I have read that you can increase the tip to 82. Also these spots are on my algae eater

Your words seems to be in bacterial infection, you need to change 15-20% of water as early as possible and add some medicines too to prevent the problem. Thanks. Good Luck.
