did my fish lay eggs?

I have a yellow "glow fish" and I am not even sure if its a male or female. The past few days iv noticed something weird in the bottom of my fish yank. Theres only 2 or 3 of them and there clear and white balls. And also my fish has been acting strange lately, like hanging around the bottom of the tank instead of the top. Which is where it hung out before these things appeared. Also if they are eggs I, how long will it take for them to "hatch"?

Since you said you have a glofish i will assume you only have one in the tank. They could be eggs, and she might have had more but snacked on them. If there was no male in the tank with her when she laid the eggs then they will not hatch. Hope this helps.
