Parrot

I have bought a pair of Parrot Cichlids.  They are both pink.  One is smaller then the oter and one has longer fins.  I want to know how i might be able to tell the sex of the fish and how large they will get

Hi Michelle,
  There is no hard and fast rule for sexing parrot cichlids.  The two sexes basically look identical on average, though individuals may be distinctive.  

  They will max out at about 8 inches in size though often a little smaller.
