Something is the matter with my betta?

My betta is always at the bottom of the tank unless he needs air so he comes up to the top for a quick second, he doesn't eat, and he looks duller, what is the matter with him?

If this just started he probaly has a disease. Or if there are other fish in the tank he could of got in a fight and is tired. But that is very strange. Try cleaning his tank every week your water might be cloudy. And check your pH it should be 7.0. And you should go to your local fish store and ask for some medicine. Hope your betta gets better.
