my fish had a bubble on his eye

my fish dunwel has a bubble on his eye it was not their when i got up but when i came home 2 hour's later is was their...i dont no what to do i clean his tank every week. He hads some rock's in their they r little shiney one's and i have a bamboo plant in thier to cuz he like's to swim throu it...if u have any answer's get back to me A.S.A.p cuz little dunwell need's to get better

Is the bubble right on the eyeball or more on the area surrounding the eyeball itself?
What color is the bubble?
Does it look like a blister or is it more like a bump?
Do you use a water conditioner in his water when you change it?
What kind of water do you replace it with? (Tap water, bottled, distilled, etc....)
What size is his tank?
Does it have a filter?
How big is he?
How long have you had him?
Does he eat okay?
