I HAVE TANKS THAT ARE CLOUDED AND GREEN. WHY AND WOULD MY LIGHT NOT WORKING CAUSE THIS PROBLEM?
THERE TANKS ARE REALLY BAD CAN YOU HELP ME?

Green water is caused by unicellular algae known as "planktonic algae". It is a very difficult problem to solve.  I know someone who had a very persistent green water problem and tried a product called "Hagen Fin Care P-Clear" that worked for her tank.
