My Oscar Turned Psycho!!

My oscars are maybe a year old.  They have been best buds since the beginning.  Now one of them is freaking out biting everything and continuasly trying to bite the other oscar.  He has turned mean.  Sucking up rocks and spitting them out.  I put a divider in and he tries to bite the other one through it!  What is wrong?

  There is nothing "wrong".  He is just maturing.  Young oscars are best buds.  Adult oscars are not.  Your oscar is starting to think about mating.
