my red parrot fish is turning white, from the belly up.

I have a parrot fish who has been very healthy, he recently started acting funny, he doesnt swim around like he used to, his in a corner under the drift wood, and lost his color in the past couple days which started from the bottom of his belly. right now hes pretty much all very pale orangy white, all except for his fins and head. what do i do? whats causing him to make this change, please help me!

Hi Sarah,
  Have you been doing regular weekly partial water changes?  If not, you need to.  You should change 25% of the water, once a week, every week.
