I have 4 shibunkins in a 4'tank, they are approx. 6" long.I have a fluval 4 filter and a fluval 2 filter .The water is very clear.One shibunkin has developed a bulging eye and seems distressed.can you help me with this problem .Thankyou..Cynthia

Poor guy. It sounds like a case of a condition known as "pop-eye". It can be caused by an injury, a tumor, internal infection, etc. Here is a good article that goes into detail on several possible causes and how to treat them;
