Answer
Hello Faraz,

The goldfish may have Ich.  Ich is a parasite. I advise adding 2 to 3 teaspoons of seasalt per gallon, dissolved thoroughly into the tank.  Clean the filtration unit thoroughly and before you put the salt in, thoroughly clean the aquarium, gravel and new water from stem to stern.  There is a very good possibility this is not Ich, but is in fact just from putrid water.  Goldfish require at least 25 gallons, each, to live.  Even as juveniles...as full sized adults, 8" or longer, 55 gallons each or more.

If your fishes are in a small cramped area, this could be why the water quality is poor, causing this symptom, however if this is not the issue, add the salt and whatever parasite it is should die within a few days.

After about a week, change the water back to freshwater entirely.

Happy fish-keeping and I send my best wishes to you for your fishes full recoveries.
