Woody the wood pigeon

Question
Hi, a baby wood pigeon fell from his nest in our garden yesterday, he is a little bruised but otherwise ok. He still has a little yellow fluff and is just getting his feathers. Can you help me and answer the following,how old do you think he is, what should I be feeding him, how much and any other advice. Will I be able to release him when he is older or should I keep him?
