My sun conures beak

His beak shows a kind of flaky area that could be a growth line. It seems whiter today than I remember it being before. It reminds me of a split fingernail.

Birds' beaks grow all the time, so sometimes their beaks can look like they have growth lines. It is probably nothing you need to be concerned about. However, if the beak seems to be overgrown or growing abnormally- you will need to contact an avian vet right away.
