blue grass good for horse digestion

hello ma'am, i believe that blue grass is good for horse digestion. am i right? if yes, how frequently and in how much ratio to feed it to horses, either through pastures or as hay form?

Thank you for your question.  Blue grass is indeed a good forage for horses, and helps build some of the world's best racehorses as the predominant forage in Kentucky.  You can feed a horse entirely on blue grass, or include it as any portion of the horse's diet.
