Question
Hi, I have a 4 month old tennessee walker. I have haulter trained her and got her where you can lead her around anywhere you want, she is a very fast learner. My question is what age do you start to teach them how to walk like a walker and is there ways of doing this without the chains and things that seem curl to the animal?

I'd be interested on any advice or suggestions you may have. Thank you in advance.

Terry

Answer
Hi Terry,
There is no way to make your horse walk like the Tennessee Walker walk that way except to use chains. Those chains are very cruel and harmful to a horse. Having said that your horse will have a natural gait and all you have to do is let him grow abit, run around and give him good Farrier care.
