Pregnancy Symptoms

My horse, Jasmine, may be pregnant.  She was breed in august.  I want to know the symptoms of horse pregnancy.  So far she's just fat, and won't let me brush or pet her anymore.  If you think this might means she's pregnant, could you tell me, and tell me the symptoms of pregnancy?  If so, that would be great!  Thanks!

Emily - Unfortunately, the only "real" way to tell is with a vet doing an ultrasonic examination or a rectal palpation pregnancy exam. But, yes, most pregnant mares become "moody" at times, but it could also be a number of other reasons. Good luck, but it sounds like the breeding may have taken...
