hoofs

Question
I have a Paso Fina she is five yrs old, and her front two hoofs and when I checked the frogs they are as hard as rocks. I tried to pick it with a hoof pick and was not able to even scatch it,for the last two days we have been letting her stand in water, oh by the way we live in Texas where it has been 100t degrees with no rain,
