Is it true that I can DNA  my year old colt and with his sire and dam having been DNA I can reg. my colt even if the owner at time of breeding did not turn in a stud report with his dam on it?

This is one I cannot help you with.  I would suggest you contact the American Quarter Horse Assn. about this.  I'm sure they have a website with contact information on it. I'm just not up on the requirements for individual breed registration requirements.  Sorry.
