I have just purchased a 2yr old pure spanish breed, who has been turned out for the last 6 months with hardley any contact, every time someone goes near him, he trys to bite and will not let you put his head coller on, brush him or just to try and touch him. All he wants to do is bite you

what can i do to get him out of this habbit

My first suggestion would be to bring him out from constant turn-out and get him used to human contact again.

He is using biting to push his dominance. You need to set boundries, but before you can do that, you need to get him used to people being around. There is no real quick fix other than getting somewhere you can see him everyday instead of him being turned out. The longer he is turned out with no contact, the worse the habit is going to become.
